Alviano will host, on October 25 and 26, 2025, the new edition of the market exhibition “Olio e Farro”, an event devoted to promoting local products and traditions. Over the two days, visitors and enthusiasts will be able to follow a food and wine itinerary celebrating the excellence of extra virgin olive oil and spelt, two symbols of Umbrian agricultural culture, accompanied by a selection of local wines and specialties.

The historic center of Alviano will provide the setting for the event, offering visitors the chance to explore sites of great interest such as the Parish Church and the Castle of Alviano, both significant examples of the area’s artistic and historical heritage. Along the streets of the village, producers and artisans will offer tastings, workshops, and demonstrations linked to agriculture and traditional cuisine, allowing guests to rediscover ancient flavors and practices rooted in the land.
