From 12 June (preview) to 15 June 2025 the ninth edition of Perugia1416 will be held, four days to relive an important historical moment in the city. 

There will be many evocative moments of the re-enactment, such as the great historical procession in honour of Braccio Fortebracci and the night-time entry into his Perugia, reconquered with victory in the Battle of Sant'Egidio in 1416.

During the event, challenges will be held between the five Magnificent Districts of Perugia - Porta Sole, Porta San Pietro, Porta Eburnea, Porta Santa Susanna and Porta Sant'Angelo - to compete for the Palio 2025 between allegories in the Procession, the Corsa del Drappo, the Historical Arch and the Mossa alla Torre.

The winning Rione will be solemnly proclaimed by the Braccio himself.
Perugia will relive the atmosphere of a medieval city in festivity among music and street artists, taverns, shows, Rionali in historical dress and workshops of ancient crafts. Guided tours of the city's treasures, living history in the square, flag-wavers, drums, songs and games for the little ones; a book market, exhibitions and workshops in the medieval city, inside the Rocca Paolina.
There is something for everyone, young and old!
