For two weekends, Norcia will be populated by more than 100 producers exhibiting their delicacies, strictly artisanal. Not only truffles but also cured meats, cheeses, wines and many other typical products. Accompanying the exhibition will be a rich calendar of events, music, conferences, tastings and much more.

Nero Norcia, as always, will see the Precious Black Truffle of Norcia as the main protagonist, but alongside the exploration of the history, taste and culinary use of this extraordinary fruit of the earth, there will also be opportunities for analysis and discussion on extremely topical issues concerning our country and the Valnerina territory in particular.

The black truffle is one of the symbols of Norcia and its extraordinary wine and food tradition. The soft hills that protect the city guard a real treasure, made up of dark, fragrant nuggets.
