Four days of good food, art and entertainment are waiting for you in Città di Castello with the 39^th edition of the National Market Exhibition "The White Truffle".

From 1^st to 4^th November you will be able to learn the best of Umbrian food and wine, from the truffle and trifola, the delicious and rare white truffle, which has always grown in this land on the border with Tuscany and has been cooked in now universal recipes: tagliatelle, ravioli, dumplings, toasted bread, tagliate with trifola up to dessert, for those who love to experiment.

Even this year the exhibition market hosts many excellencies: from the vegetarian truffle to the carnivorous one, from the woodland fresh truffle of the local traders and the innovative one of the laboratories, where it is combined with ingredients of the regional traditions, up to the meeting with the names of the Italian cuisine and the famous chefs in the cooking show.

The main squares of the old town will host the market of local producers, custodians of the culture of truffle collection according to rituals now recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
