The 41th edition of the Sagra del Fagiolo di Cave, winner of the ‘Sagra Eccellente dell'Umbria’ competition, will be held from Friday 10 to Sunday 19 October 2025.
In keeping with tradition, the exquisiteness and digestibility of the bean, qualities enhanced by local recipes, will be celebrated.
It will be a festival of entertainment, sports, games, vintage car and motorbike rallies, workshops, shows for children, food and wine stands, and much more.
