From October 31 to November 2 and from November 8 to 9, 2025, the 434rd Mostra Mercato del Tartufo Bianco e dei prodotti agro-alimentari (White Truffle and agro-food products exhibition) will take place in Gubbio, in Piazza Quaranta Martiri.
The event represents an appointment of absolute importance among autumnal exhibitions, both for the extraordinary quality of the local white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) and for the additional delicacies that will be offered in the exhibition spaces (pasture cheeses, pork products, selected meats, oil, honey, traditional sweets), which will be open from 9 am to 8 pm.
During the exhibition market, visitors will also be able to take part in numerous events featuring starred chefs and food bloggers, as well as conferences and show cooking with chefs Michele Pidone, Marco Lagrimino and Marco Bistarelli.
