A classic Umbrian farmhouse from the mid-twentieth century, which has maintained its style, its colours, its precious 'Serena' stone, with an enchanting garden, a swimming pool with an equipped solarium, a portico with a view of the sunset. It is easy to dream when you are here on holiday.

We are in Umbria, but very close to Tuscany, Villa Gosparini is there, overlooking Lake Trasimeno, immersed in greenery, nature, silence and peace. From its 700 metres above sea level, it dominates the lake, but also the entire valley surrounded by hills, drawing a unique landscape.Ideal place for relaxing stays, but an excellent starting point for visiting the countless cities of art, history, culture and gastronomy that surround it.

From the ground floor you can reach the first floor, where you will find 6 spacious bedrooms, each with a window that gives directly onto the magnificent view, one of the 5 also has a beautiful balcony, where you can admire the magnificent sunsets. To complete the sleeping area, there is a smaller bedroom, with a French bed, also with its own bathroom.The seventh bedroom is on the ground floor, very spacious with also a sitting area and with direct access to the terrace.

A convenient internal staircase leads downwards to a loggia with arches and comfortable seating for relaxing. But it only takes a few steps to access the solarium, perfectly equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers, and then to the large and spacious swimming pool, surrounded by stone paving and lawn and in a panoramic position.
