Pietralunga, in the heart of the Carpina Valley, will host from August 28 to 30, 2025 the event “Tartufaie Aperte”, dedicated to the discovery of truffles and their traditions. Three days offering visitors the opportunity to experience authentic encounters with one of the region’s symbolic products, through walks, stories, music, and tastings.

The program opens on Thursday, August 28, with “Tartufollia di fine estate”, a dinner in the square with live music – an occasion to bid farewell to the summer truffle season and share dishes that tell the story of local gastronomy.

On Friday, August 29, it’s time for “Tartufando: emotions and flavors at Giuliano Tartufi”, an afternoon combining a guided tour of a leading company in the sector with tastings and insights into the role of the truffle in the region’s food culture.

The event concludes on Saturday, August 30, with “Tramonto al Tartufo”, an experience leading participants from the woods to the town square. Truffle hunters, together with their dogs, will guide the search, followed by tastings in a convivial atmosphere, celebrating the bond between the natural environment and the community.
