In Umbertide, from 22 November 2025 to 6 January 2026, a full programme of events accompanies the city throughout the Christmas season. The initiative offers activities spread across the town centre, the Rocca, Piazza Matteotti, Piazza della Libertà and various local venues, with moments designed for families, children and visitors.

The schedule includes festive inaugurations, such as the lighting of Christmas decorations and the opening of the House of Santa Claus, alongside magic shows, creative workshops for children, extraordinary markets, concerts and musical performances involving local groups and schools. Traditional activities such as holiday storytelling, bingo evenings and encounters with Christmas characters, including Santa’s elves and the Befana, enrich the atmosphere.

Throughout December, entertainment animates the streets with afternoon events and musical moments, while the Christmas period features concerts in local churches and initiatives welcoming residents and tourists. The programme continues into the New Year with firework displays, public festivities and further entertainment.

January closes the event series with readings dedicated to the Befana, additional concerts and activities across the main streets.
