I Primi d’Italia 2023
"I Primi d'Italia", the only national festival of first courses, will be staged in Foligno from 28 September to 1 October.
Pasta, rice, soups, gnocchi, polenta, but also the food products essential for the creation of tasty first courses, will be the protagonists of the most appetizing culinary marathon in Italy.
