From 25 March to 6 April 2025 Palazzo Trinci in Foligno will host the Giornate Dantesche (Dante Days).

The red thread of the event will be the twenty-eighth canto of Purgatorio, which recounts Dante's arrival in Eden. An Eden, Dante's, that has been a source of inspiration for those who have wanted to represent Nature in its utmost splendour. It is precisely to Nature, in relation to Dante and not only, that the protagonists of this edition will look, in a year, 2025, in which the 8th centenary of the composition of the Canticle of the Creatures by Saint Francis also falls.

As always, there will also be space for in-depth studies on Dante, his work and the history of printing, but also for dialogue with contemporary literature and writers. Finally, a Dante marathon will be held for the first time, with the reading of Purgatorio by students and teachers from the schools of Foligno, who will be among the main animators of the entire event.
