From May 9 to 11, Fossato di Vico will host the 26th edition of the "Festa degli Statuti", a festival that commemorates the publication of ancient Medieval Statutes.
The streets, squares, and taverns of the village will welcome visitors eager to immerse themselves in a historical setting, rediscover ancient crafts that once animated the castle, and enjoy thrilling challenges among the Portaioli (gate districts).
The highlight of the event will be the grand parade through the village streets, concluding with the ceremony for awarding the Palio, the symbol of competition and the bond between the gates.
