Not one, but two weekends to discover truffle and the numerous excellent Umbrian gastronomic traditions with the "XXXVII Mostra Mercato del Tartufo" of Valtopina.

On the 18th and 19th as well as on the 25th and 26th November the splendid town near the Subasio Mountain is going to host many initiatives devoted to the fine tuber and to the other typical products coming from all over Italy and from the rest of the world.

The unmissable appointment born in 1981 this year will be enriched by important tasting moments with the new “Enjoy and taste Valtopina”: a public-private partnership, born by municipal will, whose main aim is promoting the territorial products of the short supply chain.

Through real itineraries of flavours, made up of tastings of truffle combined with oil, wine and gastronomic proposals with a completely “truffle-based menu”, the visitor will have the chance to taste the most representative products of the territory, to get to know their features and properties as well as to discover the big expertise behind these zero-kilometre products.
