The CIAC in Foligno (Centro Italiano Arte Contemporanea) is hosting the exhibition ‘Unbound Architecture / Scomposizioni dell'architettura, pagine, progetti, strutture, utopie’ from 15 March to 4 May 2025.

Ten thematic sections show projects, drawings, posters, printed matter, rare books on architecture and art in a century-long time span, starting with the folio-manifesto of Futurist architecture (1914) and a precious book of architectural visions by Virgilio Marchi, published in Foligno (1924). Art measures itself against space and architecture confronts the artistic form through an intertextual and generative approach, which creates relationships and cross-references between books, prints and documents.
