Narni welcomes visitors with a rich Christmas programme that blends tradition, new experiences and the discovery of the local area. The town and its hamlets offer unique atmospheres, with picturesque alleys, characteristic viewpoints and initiatives for all ages.

December opens with the traditional events of Narnia Natalis, returning again this year from December 3 2025 to January 6 2026: the lighting of the large Christmas tree in Piazza dei Priori, the tree created by the Centro Il Faro, Christmas concerts and the nativity-scene trekking route through the historic centre. Among the new features are the Narni Christmas Village at Palazzo Eroli, an immersive experience for families, and the double appointment with the festive train in Narni Scalo, with stops animated by music, readings, games and small surprises.

The activities of the “Ogni giorno puoi” section make it possible to experience Narni throughout the festive season: from the traditional nativity scene in the medieval hamlet of Itieli, to guided walks through hidden corners and lesser-known alleys led by young volunteers, and the nature and culture treks in Stifone organised by the Nera Gorges Park, offering the chance to discover the beauty of the surrounding landscape.

On 8 December, the passage of the Olympic flame will cross the town, lighting up the streets and bringing a message of peace, solidarity and unity, making this festive period even more special.

Narnia Natalis 2025–26 is the ideal opportunity to experience Narni and its territory through tradition, widespread initiatives, immersive experiences and the magic of Christmas.
