From August 21 to 31, 2025, Ferentillo hosts the return of Le Rocche Raccontano, a historical event that transforms the village into a large open-air stage. Each evening, the historic center comes alive with theatrical performances, scenic reenactments, and artistic installations, offering a visual tale that weaves together local stories and collective memory.

The highlight of the event is the historical reenactment "Journey Through the Centuries", scheduled for August 27, 28, 29, 30, and 31. The main attraction are the Living Pictures: fourteen historical scenes set throughout the village that take visitors on a journey through Ferentillo’s past. From the era of the Naharki, the village’s first inhabitants, to the Great War, the tableaux depict key moments of history: the Lombard presence, the Middle Ages, the Inquisition, the age of banditry, the Risorgimento, and the inauguration of the Terni-Ferentillo tramway.

On August 23, the White Night will take place: a festive evening with widespread performances and extended village opening hours until late at night. Throughout the event, visitors can enjoy local traditional dishes at the Taverna delle Rocche, which offers Valnerina specialties in a cozy and informal setting.
