Giorno 246
From 21 September to 6 October 2024 it will be possible to visit the group exhibition ‘Giorno 246’, with works by Lorenzo Maqced, Ilaria Pennoni and Sara Tosti, in Perugia, at Ma Project, Via Pellas 37.
The exhibition will not only be an exhibition of visual art, but an immersive experience in a narrative that highlights the fragile balance between resistance and fragility in our daily lives.
Art thus becomes a vehicle to explore the meaning of custody, human relationships and our ability to connect in an increasingly fragmented world.
Lorenzo Maqced sensitively addresses popular heritage, shaping canvases that evoke a dialogue that makes anyone question their role in contemporary society.
Ilaria Pennoni uses sculptures to explore contrasts between materials such as wax and metal. These works conceal a profound social critique, inviting the public to reflect on the transience of life and the appearance of things.
Sara Tosti, with a delicate approach, proposes a large-scale work that focuses on care and protection, evoking feelings of vulnerability through the use of fragile materials. Her work becomes a symbol of the importance of guarding and defending what is precious, showing how strength can be born from fragility.
The exhibition will be open to the public every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 18:00 to 20:00.
