Dolci d’Italia, the National Festival of Traditional Italian Sweets, returns to Spoleto from October 31st to November 2nd with cooking shows, tastings, workshops, cultural events, and entertainment.

The event aims to promote the intangible heritage linked to Italian food culture, the high-quality raw materials produced in the country, and the unique landscape and architectural setting of Spoleto.

From the North to the South, from the islands to the mountains, from ancient Greece to the Middle Ages and into contemporary society, numerous influences have shaped the great desserts we enjoy today.

For three days, Spoleto will host a fascinating journey into the world of sweetness, offering tasting and educational experiences for everyone—from food lovers and enthusiasts to journalists, chefs, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals.
