A walking tour through Orvieto's historical centre with an explanation of the main monuments (public buildings, towers, churches) including the famous Duomo (façade rich in marble and bronze sculptures, golden mosaics shining in the sun, marble rose window resembling lace), to the evocative and silent Quartiere Medievale where the Pozzo della Cava with its fascinating underground passageway is located. We will enjoy beautiful panoramas and views of the city's most evocative and lesser-known corners. In the afternoon we will move on to Bomarzo to walk through the Sacred Wood. This was the original name of the Monster Park. In fact, in the intentions of its creator, it was a mysterious and esoteric place, a true initiatory path, where the gigantic sculptures will leave us open-mouthed.
