The Azienda Agraria Angeli Marianna intends to differentiate its activities by also offering an educational farm service.


In compliance with the Regional Law of 22/05/2005, the farm in question intends to offer potential users educational and training courses (which will be summarised in the following sheets), also lasting several days, focusing on knowledge of agriculture, the natural environment, the forest and wild fauna and flora, as well as resource management, the landscape and rural traditions, past and present production and social models and the historical and cultural heritage in general, to stimulate reflection and conscious action in favour of sustainable development.

Il percorso didattico descritto è stato così strutturato per poter essere svolto nell’arco di una giornata. In particolar modo la visita sarà così strutturata: • dalle 10,00 alle 11,00 : accoglienza, presentazione dell’azienda, del progetto e delle figure professionali che parteciperanno all’attività; • dalle 11,00 alle 12,30 : passeggiata guidata nei sentieri intorno alla fattoria; • dalle 13,00 alle 14,30 : pranzo con prodotti tipici a menù fisso; • dalle 14,30 alle 16,00 : attività didattica preparazione alimenti con le uova ed altro; In alternativa, è stato pensato un percorso didattico che si articola nell’arco di mezza giornata. In particolar modo la visita sarà così strutturata: • dalle 10,00 alle 10,30 : accoglienza, presentazione dell’azienda, del progetto e delle figure professionali che parteciperanno all’attività; • dalle 10,30 alle 11,30 : passeggiata guidata nei sentieri intorno alla fattoria; • dalle 11,30 alle 12,30 : attività didattica preparazione degli alimenti con le uova ed altro; • 13,00 alle 14,30: eventuale pranzo con prodotti tipici a menù fi

The educational tour described has been structured in such a way that it can be carried out over the course of a day. In particular, the visit will be structured as follows

  • from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. : welcome, presentation of the farm, the project and the professionals who will participate in the activity;
  • from 11.00 to 12.30 : guided walk along the paths around the farm
  • from 1.00 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. : lunch with typical products on a set menu
  • from 2.30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. : didactic activity preparing food with eggs and more; alternatively, a half-day didactic tour has been devised. In particular, the visit will be structured as follows
  • from 10 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.: welcome, presentation of the farm, the project and the professionals who will participate in the activity;
  • from 10.30 to 11.30 : guided walk along the paths around the farm
  • 11.30 to 12.30 : didactic activity of preparing food with eggs and more;
  • 13.00 to 14.30: lunch with typical products on a set menu if necessary
