The winery is the fruit of Cavalier Franco Todini's love for wine, an Umbrian entrepreneur in the construction sector. Founded in 1979 and completely renovated in 2008, the winery is one of the most important landmarks on the Umbrian wine scene. It was here, in the 1990s, that the experimentation that led to the rediscovery of the indigenous Grechetto di Todi grape variety began. With over 60 hectares of vineyards, a large tasting room, an elegant Relais with a high-quality restaurant, a manor house and a natural park, today Cantina Todini is one of the region's iconic brands that has been able to meet the current market challenges, while holding firm to the principles that inspired Franco Todini: hard work and strong ties to the traditions of the territory.
