My family and I will welcome you with joy and courtesy, making you savour every moment of your stay. At Podere Ranciano Alto you can step back in time. In 2002 my family and I decided to renovate this farmhouse that has been inhabited by our ancestors since 1730. The work was done with care, paying particular attention to preserving the details of yesteryear. As you enter each flat, you can admire beds, furniture and antique objects that will transport you to an atmosphere and a world that seems long gone. Here from father to son, customs, anecdotes and values have been handed down that we still try to pass on and tell to those who come to visit us. Looking out of the windows of your flats you will admire Lake Trasimeno, the harmonious and colourful hills surrounding it, and if you are lucky during a walk you may encounter squirrels, hares and other small animals that will delight your little ones. Podere Ranciano Alto is located between Umbria and Tuscany and allows you to easily reach many famous places(Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Cortona, Siena). If you prefer to stay in the area, you can go cycling and walking through the Umbrian countryside or along Lake Trasimeno.

Our Agriturismo consists of independent flats, a swimming pool and a common room; you will also have at your disposal bicycles, children's games, barbecues and tables for eating outdoors.
