The Molino dei Ciliegi villa is the result of the skilful renovation carried out on an old watermill by architect Stefano Zaghini, who has been able to interpret the geometry of the old sloping houses by inserting it in a key that is both respectful of the context and innovative.

On the first floor, after crossing the entrance that creates a singular transition between outside and inside, we have on the left the living area, with a large living room with a designer fireplace that gives seamless access to the kitchen with dining area. In the sleeping area, on the floor, there are two bedrooms, one very spacious with a king-size bed and a double sofa bed, the other with a king-size bed. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and bidet, the other with bath and bidet. On the ground floor is the wellness area, with jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, chromotherapy and relaxation space. Outside, there is a heated swimming pool with therapeutic path, a large garden, patio, barbecue, and fenced land of about two hectares. The villa has wifi connection, video intercom and advanced home automation services.
