The agriturismo consists of 8 well-equipped, tastefully furnished flats, each with its own outdoor area with table and chairs. The swimming pool is surrounded by a large garden with olive trees. The olive trees that surround you are the same ones from which we obtain the excellent extra virgin olive oil that you can taste and buy, an authentic souvenir of your holiday in Umbria. The Fattoria is the perfect location for your wedding, your party, your company meeting, a pool party or a pizza party. Easy to reach, located in the municipality of Tuoro sul Trasimeno, it is 20 minutes from Cortona and Perugia and only 2 km from Lake Trasimeno and the Siena Perugia highway. At your disposal and depending on the period, you will have a large garden with swimming pool available in spring, summer and autumn for pool parties or for your relaxing hours, a lovely church available for weddings, a large wood-burning oven that can be used during your pizza parties. The Stalla, a common room equipped with tables and a kitchen where throughout the year you can organise parties or dinners of any kind on your own (maximum capacity 30-40 people) and our flats for guest accommodation.
