The old farmhouse is located in the hills of Umbertide, adjacent to the Province of Perugia's wildlife breeding and repopulation centre, an area with a hunting ban. The farmhouse has recently been renovated, safeguarding the original structure, maintaining the wooden beams, terracotta floors and the large outdoor staircase with loggia. Pleasant moments will await you as you stroll among the oak, broom and walnut trees, in the company of numerous species of birds, and it will not be difficult to encounter squirrels, hares and pheasants, wild boar and roe deer. You will be able to walk to the interesting archaeological site of "Castrum Certalti", an ancient settlement from the Byzantine/Longobard era located on the border of the ancient domains of Città di Castello and Gubbio. The town of Umbertide is only 3 km away and with a few more minutes' drive you can reach the beautiful towns of Città di Castello, Sansepolcro, Cortona, Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi and the characteristic village of Montone, one of the hundred most beautiful in Italy.

All rooms and flats are furnished with period furniture and have a private bathroom with shower and heating. Some of the rooms are two-roomed to accommodate families and have equipped kitchenettes, recently renovated, with double electric hobs, microwave and refrigerator.
