The Country House is located in a 15-hectare farmhouse between the municipalities of Trevi, Montefalco and Foligno. It is the typical farmhouse of the Umbrian countryside whose main building is only four metres from the bank of the Clitunno river, which runs along the entire estate, and consists of a structure dating back to the early 18th century. The farmhouse offers six accommodations including a one-room apartment, three two-room apartments, one of which is accessible to the disabled, a three-room flat and a flat. Furnished with simplicity and refinement, nothing is left to chance but an attempt has been made to create a comfortable and relaxing environment in harmony with the surrounding nature. Details such as the natural decorative water-based "encanto" paint on the walls, the terracotta tiles treated with natural wax, and the essential furniture in solid oak distinguish the cottage.
