Nestled in the Alfina plateau, an area renowned for its natural beauty and traditional agriculture, the property is reached by a 4 km dirt road through countryside and forest. Located in the heart of Umbria, a short distance from Orvieto and Lake Bolsena, Podere l'Alfina offers a privileged position, surrounded by hilly landscapes and forests, making every visit an authentic and relaxing experience. Completely renovated in 2024, the estate has retained its rustic and authentic character while introducing modern comforts. The careful renovation has maintained the original architecture, but with new installations and interiors, ensuring a comfortable and cosy stay. The structure represents the perfect combination of organic farming and quality hospitality.

Cultivation is carried out using sustainable methods, avoiding the use of chemical pesticides and synthetic fertilisers, favouring practices that protect biodiversity and the wellbeing of the soil. In addition to farming, the estate offers accommodation, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the rhythm of rural life and enjoy the serenity of the Umbrian countryside. A continental breakfast, prepared with homemade products or from local producers, is served in the common room from 08:00 to 10:00, or in your room upon request. In addition, we offer an aperitif service with a selection of local wines, beers and spirits, and a dinner upon reservation.

It is also possible to book a tasting dinner of cheeses and cold cuts from local producers who adopt sustainable practices. Guests have access to a common room with a terrace, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave and cooking utensils. The swimming pool is available from April to September.
