On the edge of the pretty little village of Avigliano Umbro (450 msl) and in the heart of UMBRIA, between Todi(15Km) and Terni, stands the charming structure of this old farmhouse and 700 stone: in a panoramic position it offers an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside rolling hills and allows you to retreat to a suggestive oasis of peace.

Theflats The agritourism consists of five rooms and one flat: the rooms are spacious and finely furnished with period furniture, in an ensemble that creates an ambience with an ancient and finely-well-kept atmosphere.

The family farm covers an area of about 150 ha cultivated with olive groves, vineyards, cereals and sunflowers. For some years now, the farm has been engaged in the rediscovery of ancient grain varieties such as senatore cappelli and verna, from which it produces an excellent stone-ground flour which, together with olive oil, can be purchased by guests of the farm.
