Visioninmusica 2025

The new season of Visioninmusica will be held from January to May 2025 in Terni, at the Auditorium Gazzoli, and proposes to be a marvellous container that will gather the most interesting proposals of international music, from artists that have reached the status of icons to the new stars that are beginning to shine on the world scene.
The debut will be on Friday 24 January with the legendary Tullio De Piscopo, king of drums, who will celebrate ‘40 years of Stop Bajon’. A journey tracing the Neapolitan drummer's intense career, full of music and emotions. The audience will have the opportunity to hear tributes to Pino Daniele, great drum solos and an extraordinary interpretation of Libertango by Astor Piazzolla, along with hits such as Andamento Lento. With collaborations of the calibre of Astor Piazzola, Pino Daniele, John Lewis and Chet Baker, De Piscopo has consolidated his status as a leader of the Mediterranean sound, uniting generations and cultures with his music.
On Friday 7 February, it will be the turn of the new world star of the electric bass, Vincen García. With an original style that combines funk, fusion, jazz and hip-hop, García stands out for his intricate rhythmics and innovative approach.
Friday 28 February will feature one of the most internationally acclaimed guitarists, Andy Timmons, with a stop on the highly anticipated Italian Tour. Known for his melodic and emotional phrasing, Timmons has collaborated with the likes of Simon Phillips, Olivia Newton John, Steve Vai and Paul Gilbert, with whom he shares a special bond through the Ibanez brand.
It will continue on Thursday 13 March, in the wake of the electric guitar, with Scott Henderson, who will present his latest work, Karnevel! After taking the first steps in his career with Tribal Tech, Henderson has collaborated with legends such as Chick Corea and has distinguished himself for his style that harmoniously combines jazz, rock, funk and blues.
Friday 28 March will be a special occasion to celebrate the 30-year career of Javier Girotto & Aires Tango. Founded in 1994, the group is renowned for its original fusion of jazz and tango, inspired by the Argentinian tradition and masters such as Astor Piazzolla. 
On Friday 11 April, it will be the turn of Andalusian saxophonist, singer and composer Antonio Lizana, who will present his project Vishuddha. The album represents an innovative fusion of flamenco and jazz that draws on Moorish sounds and gypsy culture, transforming tradition into a contemporary experience that engages and captivates audiences around the world.
Finally, on Friday 2 May, the Mountain Men will close the season with As Yesterday, the new project featuring the original duo of Mister Mat and Mister Iano. 
Mister Mat's intoxicating voice joins Barefoot Iano's melodic harmonica, creating a sound that perfectly balances groove and emotion. A musical journey that mixes original songs and interpretations of classics, ranging from blues, folk and rock.
