In Castiglione del Lago, on 13 and 14 December 2025, the Ex Asilo Reattelli hosts two days dedicated to the aromas, flavours and stories of artisanal wineries from the local area. The event offers a continuous tasting programme accompanied by musical selections, together with in-depth sessions focused on regional grape varieties and their contemporary interpretations. On Saturday 13 December, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., tastings will be accompanied by a Boogaloo music selection, while at 3:30 p.m. the masterclass “Grenache from Lake Trasimeno to the rest of Italy” will explore the distribution and characteristics of the grape in various wine-growing regions. On Sunday 14 December, the activities continue with new tastings and curated music, and at 3:30 p.m. the masterclass “Umbrian Trebbiano: a comparison among producers” will offer an opportunity to observe similarities, differences and winemaking approaches. Access to the tastings is granted with a daily ticket, while masterclasses require reservation. A deposit for the tasting glass will be returned at the end of the event.
