Monte Castello di Vibio, from 30 November 2025 to 6 January 2026, presents a widespread Christmas route that transforms the village into a space dedicated to Christmas, traditions and entertainment for all ages. The programme includes themed settings such as Santa Claus’s House, the Grinch’s Lair and the Befana’s House, designed to engage children and families in a narrative experience linked to traditional characters. In the Church of Santa Illuminata, an animated artistic nativity scene is on display, while the village streets feature a trail of Christmas trees in different shapes and interpretations, integrated into the urban landscape.

The calendar also includes travelling performances with stilt walkers, a small circus, themed parades, Christmas music and animation activities, alongside moments dedicated to children’s creativity through workshops. Among the most anticipated events is the traditional descent of the Befana from the Tower of Porta di Maggio, which symbolically brings the festive season to a close.
