From August 17 to 24, HISPELLVM will take place, the Roman era historical reenactment that rekindles the glories of imperial Spello. Seven days for a journey back in time to the capital of Umbrians and Romans, to lose oneself in the marvelous atmospheres of squares and markets, immerse oneself in scenes of daily life, attend magnificent processions, ancient rites, celebrations, ludi and circenses, shows, excursions and guided tours.

It will be a unique experience to discover, in the shadow of the grandiose Roman age monuments, the splendid Colonia Iulia and the ancient Hispellates, being able to admire their events, games and challenges, sit at the table of the tabernae where you can taste unusual and refined flavors. Every day, until late at night, HISPELLVM will animate the places of the ancient civitas with a rich program of events. With history becoming a spectacle in the reenactment moments, but also a starting point for conferences, talks, educational workshops, exhibitions, immersive experiences, walks/stories on the traces and towards the monuments of the splendid Spello of Umbrians and Romans.
