In Spoleto, from 4 December 2025 to 18 January 2026, Accade a Natale a Spoleto presents a programme of over one hundred events spanning culture, music, shows, exhibitions, markets and family activities. The calendar involves both the historic centre and the surrounding villages, accompanying the city throughout the festive season.

The opening of the Santa Claus Village on 7 December, together with the switching on of the lights and the “Christmas Dreams” parade, marks the start of the celebrations. At weekends, the House of Father Christmas, street performances and children’s activities enliven the centre, while Piazza del Mercato hosts the “Fountain of Wishes”. The fifteenth edition of the exhibition “Spoleto, the City in a Crèche” also returns, alongside displays and Christmas markets in the local villages.

The New Year’s Eve in Piazza Duomo, featuring a concert by the Summertime Choir, is one of the highlights of the programme. The city’s theatres offer musicals, concerts and performances from the Prose Season, while the Frozen Parkice rink remains open until 25 January with themed activities for children.

The programme includes guided tours of museums and heritage sites, workshops for adults and children, as well as initiatives linked to solidarity and local traditions. Visitors can also explore various exhibitions, including those dedicated to William Kentridge and Stefano Cerio, the Biennale of Fibre Art and Giancarlo Neri’s light installation.
