Organised by the Pro Loco of Armenzano, the Presepe Vivente di Armenzano (Living Nativity Scene of Armenzano), in the Municipality of Assisi, returns with two performances on 26 December 2025 and 1 January 2026.

This is one of the longest-running Christmas re-enactments in Assisi and Subasio. Within the small medieval village, the local population will recall the moments linked to the birth of Jesus: the announcement of the Angel to Mary, Joseph's doubts, Mary's visit to Elizabeth, Herod's anger at the new Messiah, the census, and the arrival of the Three Kings.
