From 21 to 23 November 2025, the city of Foligno will host the twenty-seventh edition of MIELINUMBRIA, the event that celebrates the world of bees, beekeeping and honey. For three days the historic centre will welcome producers, researchers and enthusiasts with a rich programme of tastings, talks and activities focused on biodiversity and the promotion of honey as a high-quality product.

The main new feature this year is the 11th Forum of Mediterranean Beekeeping, which will take place on 22 and 23 November at Palazzo Trinci. The event will bring together experts and professionals from various countries to discuss sustainable beekeeping, production and shared policies across the Mediterranean region.

Throughout the festival, visitors will be able to join guided tastings of Mediterranean honeys, attend show cooking sessions and meet producers to learn about techniques, aromas and curiosities related to the world of honey. There will also be educational workshops for children, designed to introduce younger visitors to the importance of bees, and guided tours of Foligno, combining a sensory experience with the discovery of the city’s artistic and cultural heritage.
