“Gold of mills”: the wheat was so precious for the mountain’s people, who in the past drew from that most of its food supply.

“Bread from the soil”: to recall a truth that today seems forgotten because the man has always drawn the bread from the soil, understood in its most complex sense.

The re-enactment of harvesting, threshing, milling, baking, the reinterpretation of life scenes of the period, of the ancient trades, stornelli and popular music are going to animate from the morning to the evening the visit that will unwind itself in the small town of Molini.
