The Romantic Night of the Italian Most Beautiful Villages.
Umbria is also participating to "The Romantic Night of the Italian Most Beautiful Villages" to celebrate, on Saturday 25th of June, love in all its forms, but also the arrival of the summer solstice.
A lot of appointments on the schedule within squares, alleys and palaces of the villages taking part to the initiative: guided visits, walks, exhibitions, dance performances, concerts, scenic readings, theatrical and pyrotechnic shows, beyond the possibility to taste some special theme menus, created for the occasion.
From Acquasparta to Vallo di Nera, passing through Castiglione del Lago and Piediluco, until Lugnano in Teverina: the Most Beautiful Villages of the Italian Green Heart are waiting for you for an evening that will culminate, at the midnight's strike, with the lanterns' throw that will release hundreds of balloons in the sky.
