Poggio di Otricoli, a hamlet of the municipality of Otricoli, will host the Giornate Medioevali from 18 to 20 July 2025, transforming the village into a vibrant historical setting. For three days, the historic centre and castle will be filled with wandering shows, music, dances, games and re-enactments, offering visitors a glimpse into the festive life of a medieval community.

The narrative behind the event recalls a legendary time when “the people of the village, castle, countryside and fertile lands of the proud Castrum Podii Medii” gathered to run taverns and compete in public games, creating a convivial atmosphere.

Inside the castle, there will be theatre and music performances, while refreshment areas will serve traditional food and drinks. A free shuttle service will connect the parking area to the entrance of the village.
