The intact historical-naturalistic context, the tranquillity and silence of the places, the functionality of the accommodation units, furnished with taste and in respect of tradition, are the peculiar characteristics of the Agriturismo l'Ulivo, located 5 km from Spoleto, among olive groves and farmhouses, near castles and ancient parish churches, on the edge of the ancient village of Bazzano di Sotto.

The agritourism is in a strategic position for reaching the most sought-after destinations: in addition to Spoleto, the small historic centres of the Umbrian Valley (Campello, Trevi, Montefalco, Bevagna, Spello), naturalistic emergencies (Le Fonti del Clitumno, Monteluco, Valnerina, Cascata delle Marmore), and cities of art (Todi, Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, Gubbio).

At the foot of the olive grove, in the centre of the farm, two former farmhouses surrounded by a beautiful garden have been completely restored, and several flats have been prepared: all flats are equipped with colour TV, heating and linen.
