The four cottages that make up the complex are an integral part of the ancient complex, a typical structure of Umbrian farms, as they were conceived in the early 19th century, where, next to the manor house stood the dwellings of all those involved in agricultural activities, the cellars, the oil mill, the stables, the vegetable gardens. Some of these dwellings have now been renovated using ancient materials: stone, brick, wood, in full respect of the original structure. There are three rooms and three flats.
