Together with my wife Sara, we decided to restore the dwelling, which was once home to the ancient art of shoemaking in Gubbio, to its former splendour, equipping it with all the comforts: underfloor heating, espresso machine, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ultra-fast 100 mega wifi, audio speaker, smart TV. To feel at home in a unique place!
