At 550 m (1,800 ft) above sea level Casa sul Monte is nestled in the wooded hills of central Umbria with spectacular views across the Tiber valley to the Apennines. Surrounded by forests of native oaks and conifers, we have spent the last few years sensitively restoring this 300+ year old farmhouse to build our new full-time home in Italy, while creating two spacious flats to share this beautiful location with guests, friends and family.OUR APARTMENTSThe old stables, cellars and woodshed on the ground floor of Casa sul Monte have been completely renovated to create two beautiful garden-front flats. These can be rented individually as separate self-contained units or, subject to availability, rented together as one interconnected suite offering ample accommodation for two families and/or a larger group
