The 15th edition of the Umbria Tango Festival, with its Summer Edition, will be held from 12 to 14 July 2024 for the first time in Castiglione del Lago, in the locations of the Rocca Medievale, La Merangola and Il Pescatore.
Numerous performances, milongas, and study meetings with top-level masters will be offered
The evening of Friday 12 July, at the Rocca, will see the national preview of the Rojo Tango Show, under the artistic direction of Gioia Abballe and Simone Facchini, with Sara Lupparelli & Byron Torres, Laia Barrera and Edwin Olarte,Manuel Bianchi and Michela Elicio, Cantor Federico Pierro and Orchestra Tango Spleen.
It will continue on Saturday 13, at La Merangola, with free Argentine tango lessons at 12 noon, and at Il Pescatore, at 5 p.m. with 'Sunset on the Lake: Milonga del Pescatore' by Michele Racanella.
In closing, on Sunday 14 July, at 7 p.m., at the Rocca, "Milonga Sentimental" by Stefania Panucci.
