If you would like to explore the area around Perugia, with its many traditions, history and typical products, then take part in one of the Contado Perugino events, a series of initiatives aimed at discovering the areas surrounding Perugia.

The events take place in rural areas between Mt. Tezio, the Tiber river, and the Settevalli zone, an area with many trails which allow one to enjoy a rural landscape often untouched by time, steeped in history, culture and environmental traditions, with gorgeous scenery and panoramic areas, woods, archaeological sites and historical villages, churches, abbeys, castles and historical residences. It's an area which, more than others, will lead you to explore a heritage made up of memories, traditions and typical products.
