Streams of Nera
All is ready for “Streams of Nera”: an itinerary including 13 appointments among the villages, squares, ancient abbeys, churches and little theatres of Valnerina, with a musical offer ranging from popular, traditional to contemporary music, from the Baroque to the coral music.
The Festival consists of two itineraries: “Music to return” and “Living bell towers”.
“Music to return” offers the audience the possibility and the occasion to rediscover Valnerina after the 2016 seismic events, thanks to the meeting with big international artists, the discovery of the several little villages of the territory and their history.
“Living bell towers” consists of an original formula defined “Concert in six episodes”: the artistical idea takes inspiration from the sound of bell towers and folklore arts of the Valnerina, aiming at linking the local popular traditions as well as interpreting them according to a contemporary style.
