On 14th March Umbria is returning to host the " National Landscape Day", established by the Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities with the aim of " promoting the culture of the landscape in all its forms and to raise awareness on issues related to it".

This year's themes will be:

• Art tells the story of the landscape.

Major museums and archaeological parks will give special emphasis to a work of the collection or of the site, directly or indirectly evocative of the landscape theme, to help the public rediscover it in an original way.

Open superintendence. The Superintendence Offices open their offices by organizing initiatives to raise awareness and reflection on the theme of landscape, also illustrating the results of the activities carried out in favour of the landscape.

Events for the National Landscape Day. All events, at museums, archaeological sites, libraries, archives, offices and institutes of the MiBAC, will be published on the "Cultural Events" MiBAC platform by giving them special emphasis on the institutional site.
