Playbill Nathivia Connection fest

Nathivia Connection Fest

From 5 to 7 July 2024, in Gubbio, the first edition of Nathivia Connection Fest will be held, a highly immersive and Zero Waste festival focusing on the relationship between human beings and the ecosystem, as a starting point for increasing personal wellbeing, nurturing social empathy and spreading a new global sensitivity.

The programme includes lectures, creative workshops, experiential paths, outdoor activities, performances and concerts, all centred on dismantling the resistance that prevents us from connecting both with the other living beings that populate the planet and with the deepest parts of human beings.

The festival will bring together experts, artists and activists united by their concern for the plant world, animalism and ecology.

In addition to offering a unique experience of well-being and relaxation in nature, the initiative aims to the aim of promoting a different way of living commitment to the planet, overturning the anthropocentric thinking that characterises western society and, at the same time, proposing a new and more positive narrative of the future, which will lay the foundations for a fairer society in balance with other forms of life.

10% of the profits from the event will be allocated to environmental and reforestation projects in Italy and in the world.

Leading the Nathivia Connection Fest will be 11 special guests, including Prof. Stefano Mancuso, world-renowned botanist and essayist, who will give two lectures.

Also present will be: Dott. ssa Silvia Vannozzi, clinical psychologist and constellator, who will speak on 'Empathy, a treasure to protect'; Andrea Vanzo, musician and composer, who will hold the 'Concert for the forest at sunset'; Silvia Pietrovanni, phyto-practitioner specialising in natural cosmetics, who will hold a practical herbalist workshop; Christian Mancini, ecologist and experiential educator, who will lead a talk on 'Practical Biophilia'; Barbara Pozzi, naturopath and aromatherapist, founder of Olfattiva, who will talk about the 'soul of plants'; Fill Pill, populariser and stand-up comedian, who will stage the show 'Rapa Nui'; Giulia Coscia, SIUA operator and founder of the 'C'era una Svolta' refuge, who will lead a 'Zooanthropology' workshop; Miro Foresta and Morena Calandri, yoga teachers and authors, who will lead two sessions of Yoga in Nature; and Massimiliano Artibani, philosopher of the mind and philosophical consultant, who will accompany participants in the process of collectively writing a Manifesto for the New Eco-Social Consciousness.
