Io Mi Voglio Bene Festival

In Perugia, from July 25 to 27, Parco della Pescaia will host Io Mi Voglio Bene, a special stop of the traveling festival now in its first edition, promoted by the intercultural association XE’thnos aps. The festival offers three days dedicated to physical and mental well-being, art, civic engagement, and intercultural exchange, with a rich program of experiential and performative activities designed to encourage connection, reflection, and active participation.

Each day begins with energy awakening practices such as Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and walking meditation. The creation of a sand mandala by the Tibetan monks of Ganden, accompanied by guided meditations and an exhibition of sacred Tibetan art, will transform the space into a place of contemplation and beauty. During the day, the workshop Let’s Mosaic the City will engage the public in a collective exploration of mosaic art, while the Wild Theatre workshops will offer opportunities for introspection and connection with one's inner world. In the afternoon, space is given to musical composition and moments of artistic sharing, culminating each evening with open gatherings, live concerts, and meditative listening sessions guided by Tibetan master Geshe Lama Sherap.

The event is born from a desire to promote a culture of shared well-being through universal languages such as movement, music, spirituality, and art. Rooted in collaboration with local organizations, the festival is also an opportunity to enhance the Parco della Pescaia, connecting diverse communities in an accessible, welcoming space immersed in nature.
