The 28th edition of “Frantoi Aperti in Umbria” will take place from October 18 to November 16, 2025.
This leading event in Italian oleotourism celebrates the arrival of the new extra virgin olive oil during the olive pressing season, with various activities held at mills, all centered around the world of high-quality olive oil.
Once again, visitors will have the opportunity to experience working olive mills in many Umbrian villages, witnessing the production of fresh oil and discovering spaces that have become multifunctional hubs. While these mills remain rooted in tradition, they increasingly embrace contemporary design innovations and a growing commitment to hospitality, which finds its most authentic expression during Frantoi Aperti.
