From 21 to 23 June 2024 the Festival Phonosophia, dedicated to 'Knowledge through Sound', will be staged in Attigliano.
The aim of the Festival is to promote a renewed culture of sound and silence ('total listening'), creating synaesthetic experiential spaces in which ancient traditional knowledge is combined with experimental practices.
The Festival programme includes events of various kinds: lecture-performances, sound actions, listening rituals, installations, poetic-philosophical readings, "cinema for the ears" (musique acousmatique), discussions, soundwalks, workshops and creative retreats, involving numerous leading figures from the international artistic-cultural scene.
